This knife cuts an interlocking tongue and groove profile into the edge of boards from 1/2” to 1” thick for edge gluing. It can be used in our MHK or in Craftsman heads.

Edges are flipped over between cuts to align properly and provide increased glue surface over a butt joint.

The tongues and grooves also act to keep the faces of boards aligned as clamping pressure is applied.
