This shaper and router table cutter mills an interlocking tongue and groove profile into the edge of boards from 3/8” to 1” thick for edge gluing.

Stock is flipped between cuts to align properly and provide greater glue surface than a simple butt joint.

The tongues and grooves also act to keep the faces of boards aligned as clamping pressure is applied.
