Molding Heads and Cutter Knives Like No Other

Corob Corporation was started in 1974 by Robert Lofblad in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. It started as a small side business that Robert named Corob—a combination of the names of his two sons, Corey and Bobby. They manufactured molding knife heads for Sears Craftsman, Black & Decker, Delta, Porter Cable, Shopsmith, and other major brands. Corob continued to manufacture through the 2000’s until the product was discontinued by the larger brands as the landscape of retail changed.

The original owner retired and his son sold the company to the current owners Doug & Gisele Lambert in 2004, and it was renamed Corob Cutters. As they were already metal manufacturers, Corob Cutters fit in well with the Lambert’s existing business operations. Since 2004 the family-owned business has manufactured the product line in Gilford, NH, proudly providing woodworkers with products that are100% Made in the USA.
